Taiwanese Trade Mission Comes to Nicaragua

The interest of Taiwanese entrepreneurs focuses on speciality coffee in green bean form, roasted coffee beans and ground coffee, green coffee, instant coffee, gourmet coffee and coffee extract.

Representatives from 11 Taiwanese companies will participate in a seminar and business conferences in which they will hold meetings with producers, exporters and business people from the local coffee sector on 4 March.

In the exhibition entitled, "The new perspective of Nicaraguan coffee in Asia", entrepreneurs from this country will share experiences with Nicaraguan coffee farmers on issues related to the development of new products and markets.

The Taiwanese businessmen, "are also interested in selling technology, coffee processing equipment, supplies for packaging coffee. and franchise management of coffee shops", noted an article in Elnuevodiario.com.ni.

El Salvador-Taiwan Trade Shows

From February to June businessmen from both countries will conduct missions and trade fairs in El Salvador and in the Asian nation.

During the first half of 2014, the Taiwanese Embassy in El Salvador will promote six events aimed at strengthening trade relations between the two countries, said Carlos Cheng, Economic Minister Counselor of the Asian nation.

2012 Taiwan Trade Expo in Honduras

A trade show featuring companies from the Asian island will take place from 14th to 17th March in Tegucigalpa.

Some 26 Taiwanese companies will attend the 2012 Taiwan Trade Expo in the Honduran capital, at which they will present products such as industrial equipment, machinery, hardware and technology accessories to business owners and the general public.

Taiwan Trade Mission in El Salvador

An Asian trade mission is to come to El Salvador, with an eye toward potential business in machinery, beauty products, jewelry, construction materials, plastics and textiles.

Some 16 Taiwanese companies will arrive in El Salvador next week, with the aim of making deals with local companies. The visit will take place from 11 to 13 March, according to the Office of the Economic Counselor for the Chinese/Taiwanese Embassy.

Taiwan Businesses to Visit Guatemala

In August 2009, a group of Taiwanese businessmen will visit Guatemala looking to take advantage of the possibilities created by the Free Trade Agreement between the two countries which has been ratified since July of 2006.
