Televisions: Regional Purchases Fall 20%October 2019 During the first quarter of the year, imports of televisions from companies in the region totaled $81 million, 20% less than the amount reported for the same period in 2018. Central America Purchases More Televisions from MexicoFebruary 2019 During the first half of 2018, imports of televisions in the region totaled $240 million, and purchases from Mexican companies increased 58% over the same period in 2017. More Chinese TVs in Central AmericaJune 2018 In 2017, television imports from China totaled $120 million, equivalent to an increase of 8% compared to figures from 2016.
