Spanish Franchise Opens in Guatemala

The Vellísimo Center franchise, which specializes in health and beauty treatments, has opened its first two premises in the Guatemalan capital.

The new premises located in Cayalá and Los Próceres offer all kinds of health and beauty treatments.

Sofia Lopez, head of the Training and Counseling Department at Center Vellísimo, told Prensalibre.com that, "... interest in Guatemala is in response to the observed growth in the demand for body care and beautification."

The president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce of Guatemala, Rafael Briz, added that in the short term a new franchise will be installed in the country.

Beauty Salon Franchise Opens in Panama

Venezuelan beauty salon franchise "Salvador", opened two locations, and plans an additional for December.

Grupo Salvador is pitching the franchise to local businessmen, reported Michele Giurdanella, General Manager of the Group.

"With 53 years of experience in aesthetics and hairdressing, the group operates 17 stores in Venezuela under the franchise model, both in beauty salons and toy stores", reported Laestrella.com.pa.
