Sonesta Jaco Resort confirms investment in Costa Rica

Despite the financial crisis that has caused the freezing of construction projects, Sonesta Jaco Resort continues with its real estate development.

The project is being build in the city of Jaco, in Garabito, Costa Rica. The first phase which includes 200 condominiums will be ready by January 2009.

New Real Estate Projects in Costa Rican Pacific

There are plans to build a mini-city on the beach in Puntarenas, two mega projects and 6 other smaller works that represent $211 million in investments.

The three largest projects will be developed by local companies in the province of Puntarenas, in the Central and Garabito cantons.

$15.3 Million for Condominiums in El Salvador

In November 2009, Urbánica will begin construction of the “Portal La Ribera” 54-home complex, which they hope to finish by the beginning of 2011.

With a $15.3 million investment, the real estate developer Urbánica plans to complete the first set of homes for the project, which is located in the San Benito, San Salvador neighborhood, in May 2010. The prices of the homes will be between $275,000 and $300,000.

Zeta completes US$100 million condo project on Costa Rica's Pacific

May 2008

Costa Rica-based real-estate developer the Zeta Group has completed construction of its US$100 million Jacó Bay Ramada condominium project on Costa Rica's Pacific Coast.

The project consists of 266 condominiums, a hotel and a shopping area. Zeta has already sold 100 of the condominiums and the new owners will be able to begin to move in from next month. Work on Jacó Bay Ramada began in June of last year on a 3.5-hectare site.
