Through a system that monitors in real time changes in consumer interests and preferences in Central American countries, developed by CentralAmericaData, it is possible to project short and long term demand trends for the different products, sectors and markets operating in the region.

In Panama the interactive report shows that between March 1st and April 12th of this year in the digital environment, the interest for this type of events vanished, but since June 21st the amount of interactions began to increase. Until the beginning of November, searches were still on the rise.

In Guatemala, the volume of searches on the Internet and social networks associated with weddings reported a sustained decline since March 8, but stopped its decline on May 10 and since that date interest has registered a remarkable recovery.

In El Salvador, the interest under analysis has begun to recover since June 7, and this behavior continued until the end of August. In the Honduran market, interactions associated with the issue began to rebound as of July 19.

The interactive system details that in the case of the Costa Rican market, the trend shows an incipient rise in consumer interest in weddings, which began on September 6.

This tool for monitoring the interests of consumers in any country in the region allows companies to project trends in demand and anticipate changes that will occur in the various sectors and categories of products and services. This information system allows tracking of any product or category, resulting in an extremely valuable input for making business decisions in the new commercial reality.
