Russian Trade Office in El Salvador Announced

Foreign Minister Hugo Martinez told Elmundo.com.sv "... I have already received a notice from the Russian ambassador to Nicaragua, Nicolay Vladimir, which is concurrent in El Salvador, for us to give the respective backing to open in the first instance a business office. "
