Residential Towers: New Investment Planned

In Zone 14 of Guatemala City a 13-level tower is planned to be built that will house 70 apartments, will have four basements and will require an investment of approximately $5 million.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of CentralAmericaData's Business Intelligence area, Delfines S.A., submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Terra Delfines 2020."

The project includes the development of a multipurpose building with 13 levels from street level, of which one level will house a mezzanine area and administrative spaces, and the remaining 12 levels will be destined to housing spaces with complementary recreational areas.

There will be four levels below street level, which will be used for circulation and installation of electrical and hydraulic installations and for vehicle parking. The parking area will have the capacity to accommodate 171 vehicles.

According to the EIA, about $5.2 million will be invested in this project.

$61 million to be Invested in Real Estate Development
