Residential Investment Increases in El Salvador

TP Constructora is developing a residential complex in Nuevo Cuscatlán, consisting of two buildings that will house 28 apartments each.

The developer of the project called "Life Santa Elena", which is located on Boulevard Cuscatlán, reported that construction began a month ago and plan to deliver the new apartments in December 2019.

The two-bedroom apartments will have 104.5 square meters and those of three, 115.1 square meters, plus the area of two parking spaces per apartment."

"... Prices range from $139.900 to $164.900. Monthly payments range from $900. The towers have a green recreational area, with an area for barbecues and children's playgrounds. On the last level there will be a terrace and rooftop for social events."

The construction company plans to invest $8.5 million in the development of the project.

Two vertical residential complexes are being developed in the country's capital, one that will be in Zone 5 and will offer 385 apartments, and another that will be in Zone 15 and will house 24 housing units.

The Modus Vivendi company will build a housing complex called "Barrio 5" in the Saravia neighborhood in Zone 5 of the capital, which will be made up of two towers that will house 385 apartments.

Construction work has started on a residential complex estimated at $60 million, which will be composed of three apartment towers and will be located in Antiguo Cuscatlán.

The housing project being developed by the construction company Urbánica is called "Puerta del Alma". It will have 304 apartments and 709 parking spaces which will be distributed in an open area and two basements, and the condominium will be located on Calle El Pedregal in front of the Multiplaza shopping center.
