"In Costa Rica, the construction of a vertical tower for apartments and commercial spaces with eight levels is planned. The design concept seeks to generate a transition between the interior and exterior of the apartment, which is expressed through the balconies in each unit and the building's interior courtyards to provide natural lighting and ventilation in the internal spaces.

The social areas are located on the roof of the building and integrate different proposals of facilities for physical activity such as a circuit track surrounded by green areas.

On the first level are located the different commercial premises in north-south, east-west directions and emphasizes the corner premises which has a double height and great natural lighting to provide a space with greater amplitude.
