Residential Building Construction in Guatemala

In Guatemala, the "Prospera" project will have three buildings, two of which will be for apartments and one for parking lots, with a construction of 21.2 thousand square meters.

"In Guatemala City, there are plans to build two buildings with 20 levels for apartments, a building for parking, which will have a basement and three levels, for 500 motorcycles and 25 cars.

One tower with 07 apartments per level and the other tower with 09 apartments per level.
 
Distribution of square meters of construction:
 
* Tower 1: 10,471.60 square meters.
* Tower 2: 8.488,80 m2.
* Parking tower: 1,952.85 sq. mts.
* Administration, lobby, entrance: 102.44 sq. mts.
* Retail: 57.32 m2.
* Amenities rooftop parking building: 64.04 sq. mts.
- Total: 21,137.05 m2.

It will have four commercial premises: groceries, bookstore, bakery, tortilla shop. It will also have a green area of 664.54 m2.

In Zone 9 of Guatemala City, a residential tower is planned to be built that will house 281 apartments and have a parking lot with capacity for 541 vehicles.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence area of CentralAmericaData, Las Orquideas S.A., presented before the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "LOZ 9".

Vertical Housing: New Investment Planned

In the district of San Felipe, province of San Jose, Costa Rica, the company Monte San Miguel AOE SRL, plans to build a residential complex of three apartment towers of eight levels each.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, Monte San Miguel AOE SRL, presented to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Monte San Miguel Condominium".
