Thursday, March 22, 2018

From a statement issued by the Tourism Authority of Panama:

Starting from Monday foreign tourists and nationals will be able to consult a list of tourism companies nationwide who are registered with the Tourism Authority of Panama by searching in the information tab of the entity's website.

Gina Valderrama, director of Tourism Investments at the ATP, said that most are MSMEs who offer services to tourists and who are legally established under the law, such as public accommodation services, tour operators, travel agencies, agrotourism farms and tourist guides.

Valderrama explained that the aim of publishing this list is to guide tourists who are planning their next vacation or business trip in the country to confirm the accredited companies, with who they can ask for quotes and in this way guarantee a quality service.
