The event will include the presence of 50 cooperatives and associations of producers and 15 Costa Rican Nicaraguan and Guatemalan buyers, who will take part in the 90 business appointments already confirmed by the organizers, reports Republica.gt.

Pablo Velasquez, President of the AGRITRADE Platform, explained that "... On 21 and 22 May exporters and buyers from both countries will meet in Salinitas, El Salvador, to explore business opportunities and forge links.

The successful 'Agro Encuentros de Guatemala' events in will be held by Agexport in May, July and September 2015 in El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua, in order to increase intra-regional agricultural trade.
