As to the value of exports of the crop, they totaled $1,200 million versus $610 million from the previous harvest.

According to the Honduran Coffee Institute (Ihcafe) "the cultivation of the aromatic involved about 100,000 producers. It is estimated that about 237.000 hectares are cultivated in the 15 departments", published Elsalvador.com
