The first Bath & Body Works store was opened in the nation's capital, offering products focused on personal care such as creams, lotions and perfumes.

The new sales point will be in the Miraflores Shopping Center, in a 94 square meter store and the brand in the country will be under the direction of David Enterprises Group.

Valeria Barahona, marketing manager for Bath & Body Works, explained to Prensalibre.com that they have "... A lot of expectations, we know that Bath & Body Works is a brand that women really love, so I think we're going to enjoy the market a lot and we have a lot of surprises for Guatemala.

Barahona, added that "... The main focus of Bath & Body Works is that we make our fragrances fun. They're colorful products, they have special scents, they're fun and they last all day on your skin."

The company's expectation is that by the end of the year they could open their second branch in the country.
