Such report will detail how much of each good is sown in every region of the country, and will be a key supply for writing the bidding rules for selecting the company that will develop, build and manage the project.

The contract to build and manage the project for 10 to 15 years will be awarded by December 2010. The winning company must comply with all the requisites defined in the bidding rules.

Panama Wants to Become an Agricultural Logistics Center

The minister of Agricultural Develpment, Emilio Kieswetter, has visited the United States to see a new multimodal logistics platform by the company Gateway Mississippi Gulf Coast, one of the largest logistics centers in the country.
