After the expenditure of $40 million, Prensa.com reported that "... The director of the Social Security Department (CSS), Estivenson Giron, demanded the Spanish company responsible for the construction of the Health City redo 100% of the work. He said that out of the $517 million that the City Health will cost... the CSS has paid a total of $237 million. "
