Panama Trade Mission to Visit Peru

Services in Banking, finance, logistics, gourmet foods and beverages will be offered by Panamanian businessmen in Peru, on 15 September.

A trade mission will visit the country on 15th of September for business and institutional networking and to take advantage of the FTA between the two countries.

From a press release by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Panama:

Banking, finance, logistics, gourmet food and drink are the commercial sectors which will present the best business opportunities to the Panamanian business sector, with the possibility of entering the Peruvian market duty free.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Embassy of Panama in Peru, have organized a trade mission to visit the South American country on September 15th in order to establish business and institutional contacts with Peru for four (4) days and thereby exploit the advantages the Free Trade Agreement between the two countries.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry has reported that in September this year there will be a trade mission to Chile and Peru.

The Minister of Trade and Industry, Roberto Henriquez, reported that from the 5 to 9 September this year there will be a Trade Mission to Chile - Peru, with the participation of 15 domestic producers of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, shrimp, processed food, housewares, toys, footwear, cooling services, logistic services and the Colon Free Zone.

Brazil Trade Mission to Visit Panama

July 2009

Brazilian businessmen will visit the country between August 16th and 20th, looking to promote trade and bilateral investment.

The visit will take place as a stop in a trade tour covering Venezuela, Peru and Panama, and will be headed by the Brazilian Minister of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Miguel Jorge. Each stop will feature business workshops, business tables and meeting with authorities.
