The residential will be located near the Mall "La Doña", on the Panamerican Highway.

The project involves the adaptation and land leveling in order to make space for the 1,025 lots ranging from 120 m2 to 170 m2, for the construction of 1,025 units of detached, semi-detached and social interest row style houses, an area which will also include public use areas (neighborhood parks), playground, sports court, police station, landscaping, nursery center, chapel, community center, health center, wastewater treatment plant , on a contemplated area of ​​30 hectares. The sales prices of the houses will be approximately $40,000.
