Panama Purchases Inventory Management Software

The public bidding process is for supplying and installing an inventory management program.

The contract involves the supply and installation of a technological solution (in the latest version) for centralized inventory management of technology assets (hardware and software) for State entities, as well as their respective licenses (140 servers, 450 for communication equipment, 6.545 for workstations, 140 Inventory System Operators) and certified training for five (5) persons.

Additionally, it includes the implementation and integration of a module of Service Desk (Helpdesk) for the same application.

The installation of the application must be in a Main Data Gathering Center (or IDC) located within the national territory, with a program for licensing and maintenance (extended warranty and support 7 / 24) for a period of five (5) years counted from the acceptance by the State.
