Panama Invites Bids for $1.5 Million Consulting

The Professional Training Institute is bidding consultancy services for its finance area.

The bid is for the organization, document scanning and implementation of a technological tool which would allow administration of archives belonging to the financial and management department of the National Institute of Vocational Training for Human Development (INADEH).

Date for submission of proposals is November 23rd, 2010.

According to the specifications the tender comprises of the Implementation of a Training Centre for Training INADEH workers in the Panama Pacific area and includes the design, modification, acquisition of furniture and equipment, teacher training, technology transfer and implementation.

The Social Security Institute has invited companies to bid for providing document digitizing services.

These documents include those from the Department of Disability, Aging and Survival, and the Deputy Manager of financial benefits at the Social Security Institute.

The estimated quantity to scan is 5 million pages and the date for submission of offers is January 7th, 2011.
