Panama: $40 million Investment in Luxury Residential Building

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction of a luxury apartment building with 23 floors, called The Manhattan, en Paitilla, Panama City.

The company LAWTONFALK ENTERPRISES has submitted to the National Environmental Authority of Panama an environmental impact study to develop a residential building on street 53A Este, Paitilla.

As indicated in this study, the project has an estimated cost of $40 million. It states that "... the building will consist of one first floor level with lobby, office management and area for employees. 3 levels of parking with 3 parking spaces included per apartment, 1 post box included, plus parking for visitors and parking spaces for sale and one level containing a social area and a mezzanine. "

"... The social area will include the following:

Adult swimming pool, children's pool, BBQ area, gym, squash court, children's outdoor play area, party room with kitchen, bar, toilets, showers.

The complex will include 23 apartments (1 per level) with internal distribution: 1 master bedroom, 2 secondary bedrooms, 1 study room, 1 bedroom with bathroom, 1 laundry area, kitchen, family room, main dining room, den, guest bathroom, balcony. It measures approximately 524 m2.

Panama: Residential Development for $45 million

June 2016

An Environmental Impact Study has been presented to build a residential complex consisting of 144 apartments and 100 single-family homes in Pedregal, district and province of Panama.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) submitted to the Ministry of Environment in March 2016 by PROMOTORA PANAMA CENTRO, S.A., indicates that the development will be called "PEDREGAL FASE 1" located in the town of Pedregal, district and province of Panama .

December 2014

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction of a residential complex composed of eight apartment buildings in David, Chiriqui.

The company CAMPO CHIC SA submitted to the National Environmental Authority of Panama in October an environmental impact study for the development of a residential complex consisting of eight apartment buildings called LUA AT RIO MAR in David, Chiriqui.
