Panama: $14 Million in Tourism Complex

The construction of Condo Hotel Ibiza Corona Beach tourism development will have 12 floors and it will begin in late 2009 or January 2010.

The hotel project, to be built in the district of San Carlos, will occupy an area of 1,500 square meters, where a 12-story apartment building will be built and apartments will be sold at an initial value of $84,720. In addition, the complex will have a beach club, a conference hall, restaurants and a sports center.

According to Prensa.com, "Eynar González, marketing and advertising director for R&R International (project manager), said that most of the jobs that the project will generate in construction, maintenance and security will be awarded to residents of the area."
