Panama: 136 MW Wind Farm

Innovent Central America has obtained a provisional license for the installation and operation of a 136 MW wind power plant in the village of Líbano, District of Chame.

Extract from the resolution issued by the National Authority of Public Services:

"FIRST: GRANT for corporation INNOVENT CENTRAL AMERICA, SA, registered to Public Record Listing 614085, Document 1336614, a provisional license for construction and operation of wind resources in the LOS MANGLARES project, to be located in the districts of Libano and Punta Chame, Chame district, province of Panama, with an installed capacity of 136 MW. The exploration area is within the polygon UTM-NAD-27 whose coordinates are described below, and corresponds to the License Registration Certificate No. 176-14.

SECOND: WARN company INNOVENT CENTRAL AMERICA, SA that this license is valid for twelve (12) months from the execution of this resolution, a timeframe within which the beneficiary of this license shall submit to the National Authority of Public Services the following documents:

1. Details of the connection to the transmission or distribution.

2. A certified copy of the resolution of the National Environmental Authority whereby the corresponding Environmental Impact Study is approved to the referenced station and the study itself.

3. A certified copy of the Environmental Impact Assessment approved by the National Environmental. Authority


4. Note from Empresa de Transmisión Eléctrica, S.A.or the distribution company where compliance with the connection or authorization of the project is granted.

5. Document certifying the completion of wind measurements at the site, and different heights, that adequately determine the size and characteristics of wind turbines and their spatial distribution.

6. Timeline detailing the activities necessary for the construction of the wind farm

October 2014

A provisional license has been granted to the company Energía Verde to build and operate a wind farm in the district of Gualaca, province of Chiriqui.

From a resolution given by the National Authority of Public Services (ASEP)

FIRST: GRANT TO the company ENERGÍA VERDE SA, registered in the Public Registry on Listing 617658, Document 352368 a Provisional license for construction and operation of a power generation plant called PARQUE EÓLICO CHIMENEA, to be located in the Hornitos, Gualaca district, province of Chiriquí, with an installed capacity of 19.8 MW. For such purposes, the Certificate of Provisional Registration License No. 206-14 is issued. "

Panama: License for 10MW Solar Farm

May 2014

I Power Corporation has received the provisional endorsement to build and operate a 10 MW solar farm in the village Las Cumbres, Panama district.

RESOLVES:

FIRST: GRANT in favor of the corporation I POWER CORP., registered on record 753325, Document 2081505 of the Public Record A PROVISIONAL LICENSE for the development and operation of a photovoltaic system for electricity generation called PARQUE SOLAR SAN ENRIQUE, to be located in Las Cumbres, Panama District, Province of Panama, with an installed capacity of 10 MW.

Permission for 54 MW Wind Farm in Panama

August 2011

The National Authority of Public Services, has granted a provisional license to Innovent Central America SA to operate the El Portrero wind farm, for generating electricity.

The order by the National Authority of Public Services in Panama states that permission was granted “ to the company called InnoVent CENTRAL AMERICA, SA 614,085 registered to the SPC, Document 1336614 of the Public Registry” and is for ‘a provisional license for the exploration, development and exploitation of wind resources of the project called El Potrero, to be located in the districts of Pajonal and Penonomé Penonomé district and province of Cocle, with an installed capacity of 54 MW, comprising 27 turbines of 2.00 MW each. The characteristics of that type wind power station are described in documents accompanying the application which rests in the National Authority of Public Services.’
