Over $190 million in Residential Towers

The boom in vertical housing continues in the capital of Costa Rica, where the trend of living near to the down town area is a response to the serious problems of road traffic.

Condominios 6-30, Torres del Lago, Torres Paseo Colón, Vistas de Nunciatura and Condominios Nara are some of the residential-commercial projects currently on offer in the city of San Jose.

Since the declaration of public interest of the Program for Regeneration and Resettlement in San Jose, both companies in the field of construction and real estate developers have been developing condominiums, apartments and residential towers in order to attract customers who like to live in the center of the capital.

"However, this ambitious plan still has debts to pay: among them, that the dense and vertical housing supply also includes those from the middle economic segments", reported Elfinancierocr.com

A 29 storey tower containing 126 apartments in the center of the capital San José confirms the trend towards high rise housing with easy access to urban services.

The project which is by Grupo Inmobiliario Del Parque is part of the second phase of the project Torres de Paseo Colon.
