Office Building: New Investment in El Salvador

Representatives of the real estate company Grupo Roble, reported that the project to be developed from next year is called "Roble Corporate Center", which will be located between the Multiplaza shopping center and the apartment complex of Torre El Pedregal.

Without specifying the amount of the overall investment of the corporate project, managers said that the construction of the first phase will last 18 months, so it is expected that the delivery of the property will take place in early 2022. reports that "... Roble Corporate Center will have approximately 14,000 square meters of profitable area. The building will have office floors, a lobby and plaza level, and three parking floors in the basement. The ratio will be one parking lot for every 27 square meters of profitable area."
