Tuesday, April 5, 2016

Its geographical proximity to the United States was one of the reasons why the company Ibex Global Solutions decided to set up its regional headquarters in Managua. With an investment of $4 million, the company has opened its service center, where 500 agents will work providing services in English and Spanish and 250 in Spanish only.

Robert Dechant, executive director of Ibex, told Elnuevodiario.com.ni another of the elements that facilitated the selection of Nicaragua as a site for its BPO was its "... helpful environment because of government institutions and the private sector."

"... Ibex Global Solutions is a company that has been in the market for 15 years offering integrated services and customer service with a wide range of solutions. It has 18 contact centers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Jamaica, Pakistan, Senegal, the Philippines and Nicaragua. "
