March 2019 Education and transportation services were the main spending divisions that during the second month of the year caused the variation of the Consumer Price Index in the country. September 2018 After reaching the highest level this year with 5.6% in June, the price index reported a variation of 5.2% in August compared to the same month in 2017. August 2018 During the seventh month of the year, the CPI recorded a monthly variation of -0.08%, mainly explained by the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages. June 2018 During the fifth month of the year, the CPI recorded a monthly variation of 0.55%, mainly explained by prices in the sectors of Food and non-alcoholic beverages and Transport.
