Elsalvador.com says that "... The new regulations define parameters to be compensated when there are undue charges reflected in the invoice of services, charges for services not contracted, non-compliance of the operator in the installation or transfer of services, or within the time limits established in these regulations."

"... Users will also receive compensation for an unjustified interruption, suspension or disconnection of the contracted service, data transfer speed less than 85% of that contracted in the residential fixed service, during more than 5% of the invoice period."
