More Real Estate Investment in Central America

A horizontal residential condo in Panama, a mixed-use project in Costa Rica and an apartment building in Guatemala are part of the developments planned for the coming months in the region.

The interactive system "Construction in Central America" of the Trade Intelligence Area of CentralAmericaData includes the up-to-date list of public and private construction projects that are expected to be built soon.

Details of some of the Environmental Impact Studies submitted recently:

Praderas del Valle de Tanara, S.A. submitted the EIA to build a residential project on a 69-hectare plot of land located in the township of Chepo, in the province of Panama, that will offer a one-, two- or three-bedroom house. According to the document, an investment of about $70 million is expected.

In Costa Rica, 3-101-721431 S.A. submitted the EIA to build in Mata Redonda, province of San Jose, a multi-purpose complex with residential towers that will house 1,550 apartments, a parking building and a boulevard type commercial area on the first level. According to the study, about $64 million will be invested to develop the project.

Iconos Inmobiliarios, S.A. submitted the EIA to build six towers of apartments of ten floors each in the municipality of Fraijanes, department of Guatemala. The housing complex will have a clubhouse, swimming pool, sports fields and children's playground. The document details that an investment of $20 million is expected in the construction of the project.
