New Multipurpose Project in Costa Rica

In Curridabat, Costa Rica, it is planned to build an 11-floor building that will have commercial premises, apartments and offices, for which it is planned to invest just over $5 million.

Desarrolladora HEE S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Torre Las Loras", which will be built on a lot in Granadilla, San Jose province.

According to the document, the space for commercial premises will be 739 m2, for offices of 1,880 m2 and for apartments of 4,637 m2. It is estimated that the parking and warehouse area will be 2,639 m2.

The project will have amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center, lounge, children's area and lobby. The study states that the total investment will be $5.2 million.

Plans are underway to build, in a 3,200 square meter lot in Bella Vista, Panama City, a 62 story building for residential and commercial use.

The company DAO Panama Development, S.A. submitted an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to build a mixed building of offices, shops and apartments. The project is called "DAO Panama", and will be developed in the town of Bella Vista.
