New Multipurpose Building in San Salvador

The Bamboo City Center building was inaugurated in the Salvadoran capital, with a total built area of 45 thousand square meters, with space for offices and commercial premises.

The new building has four levels for a corporate center and three floors for the commercial area, is located on the boulevard of the Hippodrome and Las Magnolias Avenue.

Diego Soto, marketing manager of Bambu Development, told Elmundo.sv that "... they already have a 98% placement of the 80 stores available in the commercial area and foresee that next March the capacity of clients will be completed. Among the tenants already operating are entrepreneurial stores, beauty salons, pharmacies, fast food and prepared food restaurants, as well as cafes."

The article adds that "... On its third level is El Mercadito, an open-air space where Salvadorans can find restaurants, flower shops and liquor stores. The corporate area, meanwhile, houses the Sura-Asesuisa insurance house, with a design simulating a co-working area, called Laborable."

The project began to be developed in 2017 and construction was completed in early January 2020.
