New Mixed Property Development in San Salvador

Construction has started of a shopping complex that will include a hotel, a 23-story tower for offices and a shopping center opposite the hotel Sheraton Presidente.

The complex comprises a 23 story tower with a shopping centre, corporate offices, a hotel and parking lot. The development is being run by Bosh Inversiones S.A. de CV, and reports that "... it will require an estimated investment of $85 million."

The complex will be called "Plaza Presidente", and it is estimated that the first phase will be ready in the first half of 2018.

"... It will have three stages and will be built on 62,000 square meters of extension, opposite the Sheraton Hotel President, which will be connected by a glass walkway. The first stage will include a tower 100 meters high with four floors of mall, four floors for offices, six for an 80 room hotel, three rooms for events and conventions, a covered terrace, and five levels of parking in the basement."

"... In the next two stages -for which two other blocks of land are available in the same area- the investor plans to build two corporate towers, as well as new commercial and parking spaces."
