New Logistics Project in Guatemala

Calidad Inmobiliaria announced that it will build in Condado Naranjo, municipality of Mixco, a logistic center of 72 warehouses distributed in a four level tower.

According to information provided by the project's directors, the new industrial complex will be called "Districentro" and is currently in the launching stage.

Santiago Tizon, director of development of Calidad Inmobiliaria, told Elperiodico.com.gt that each of the warehouses will have 142 m2 of operating area, 35 m2 of administrative space and a height of 5 meters.

The article reviews that "... The spaces can be rented from US$1,500 to US$1,800. Among the amenities offered are: four meeting rooms that can be converted into a training room for 30 people, a dining room, a café, access for operational vehicles to each of its levels by means of a ramp, exterior parking for heavy vehicles and a common loading platform, where they can unload containers of up to 53 feet."

According to the project's promoters, this type of warehouse is intended for companies that are in a growth phase and need a distribution center with a location close to the center of the city.
