Giacomo Bilz, general manager of Comosa, said to Dca.gob.gt that "... The project offers a warehouse, custody, verification and supply of goods with high standards to the businessmen of the south coast of the country. In addition, there is the support of Corporacion G&T. This complex will have a gas station on one side, large parking for vans, loading and unloading platform, 24-hour surveillance and more than 100 parking spaces for visitors, factors that will increase the competitiveness of the food, commercial and industrial industry."

Rodrigo Hurtarte, manager of Financial and Commercial Management of Corporacion G&T, explained that "... Dismasur and Clutches de Guatemala will open operations there, while Toyota will expand its store. Up to date they have sold 9 of the 15 Office-warehouses."
