New Corporate Center in Costa Rica

Grupo Britt invested $7 million in the construction of its new 3,000-square-meter corporate center, located in the canton of Barva, in the province of Heredia.

Managers of the business group, which has presence in 13 countries, reported that the new building houses the service centers of the companies Café Britt and Morpho Travel Retail.

Adriana Echandi, CEO of Morpho Travel Retail, told that "... The facilities were designed with spaces in mind where we can all share as a team, creating synergies, interdepartmental relationships and moments of recreation."

The corporate center that was named Corteza has an energy and water-saving system, as well as innovations in waste management.

The article adds that "... Other features of the corporate center is that it has 150 solar panels, air conditioning regulated depending on the outdoor and indoor climate, spaces for charging electric vehicles and parking for bicycles."

In the municipality of Nuevo Cuscatlán Grupo DecoArte began the construction of a corporate complex that will have office space, events area and offices.

Representatives of Grupo DecoArte informed that currently the corporate complex called "Salamanca" is in phase of commercialization of the office-warehouses that will be built in the first stage of the project.

$80 Million Investment in Corporate Center Announced

In the first quarter of 2020, the Urbánica construction company plans to begin construction of a corporate center composed of four towers, in the district of El Espino, San Salvador.

Representatives of the company informed that the new corporate center will be called "Capital Business Campus", and that soon will begin with the commercialization of the spaces.

The first of the five buildings that will form part of the La Lima Corporate Center was launched in Cartago, which will require a global investment of close to $98 million.

The project in charge of the real estate company Garnier & Garnier, is a complex of offices that is constructed in a plot of eight hectares in the industrial park La Lima, and contemplates the construction of up to five buildings of four floors each one, informed the Costa Rican Coalition of Initiatives of Development (Cinde).
