New $25 Million Investment in Housing

A 53-story residential tower is planned to be built on a plot of land of approximately 3,300 square meters in Panama City.

Alive Real State, S.A. presented to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the residential project called "Alive."

The document specifies that the project will be located on Avenida La Rotonda, Costa del Este urbanization, Lefevre Park, Panama City. The building will include coworking spaces, fitness centers, swimming pools, zen gardens, movie theater and children's play areas.

The residential complex is designed to link all of its social areas starting from the lobby to the social area above the parking podium by means of diaphanous inner courtyards and exclusive social area elevators that will seek to consolidate the social space as one.

According to the study, the construction phase will last approximately 36 months and it is planned to invest close to $25,000,000.

Guatemala: New Apartment Complex
