Multipurpose Towers: $16 Million in New Investment

Two towers that will house 119 apartments, 61 offices and 43 commercial spaces are to be built on a 4,014 square meter site located in zone 15 of Guatemala City.

According to the interactive platform "Construction in Central America" of CentralAmericaData's Business Intelligence area, Corporación Turena S.A., submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called "Gaura".

The project is based on the construction of a multipurpose project: retail, offices and apartments. The complex consists of 8 basement levels, two levels for retail use and two towers of 19 and 20 levels for offices and apartments.

Gaura will have a construction area of up to 66,274 square meters, on level 1 there will be 36,122 square meters and 30,092 square meters of basements. The building will have the same height for both towers.

The project will have 703 parking spaces, distributed in the 8 basements. Basement 1 will also have a part for retail and the rest for warehouses, administrative areas, and parking.

According to the EIA, about $16 million will be invested in this project.

A ten-story tower will be built on a 1,742-square-meter lot in the town of San Francisco, Panama Province, to house apartments, offices and commercial space.

Grand Palace Business Center".

$37 Million in Mixed Use Tower Investment

August 2019

A 55-story tower will be constructed in the town of Bella Vista, in the province of Panama. It will house 148 apartments and will also have space for commercial premises.

Natural & Building Corporation submitted to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the mixed-use project called, "Park & Fifty Residential-Complex Commercial-Residential, Phase One - Tower One".
