Nacion.com reviews that "... the opening of the building will be accompanied by new facilities from WeWork, a company dedicated to generating shared work spaces."

The publication adds that "... a branch of Veinsa Motors, which markets in the country brands of vehicles such as Mitsubishi, SsangYong, Citroën, Peugeot, Maserati, Geely, Fuso, JMC and Mahindra, will also be opened."

Because Escazú Village is a complex that houses commercial premises, office space, apartments, entertainment areas and warehouses, it is classified as a mixed use.
