Multipurpose Building for $18 million

A 22-floor commercial and residential building is planned in Zone 10 of Guatemala City, which will have 11 basements for parking vehicles.

According to the interactive information system "Construction in Central America" of CentralAmericaData, Forum Americas 14, S.A. plans to build a tower that will house shops, offices and apartments.

The Environmental Impact Study (EIA) explains that floors 1 and 2 will be made up of commercial areas and entrance lobbies for each part of the project (offices and apartments). Floors 3 to 10 will be assigned to office units ranging from 67 m2 to 326 m2 in different distributions with individual office units in different distributions, making a total of 63 units on the 8 floors.

Floors 11 to 22 will be used for apartment units ranging from 141 m2 to 644 m2 in different distributions, for a total of 56 units on the 12 floors.

Vertical communication between the different levels of the building will be by 11 lift machines; plus, two sets of emergency steps in compliance with the Disaster Reduction Standard.

The document details that the location of the tower will be in the sixth avenue 13-67 of Zona 10, in the municipality of Guatemala. According to the EIA, approximately $18 million is expected to be invested in the project.

$78 million Mixed Property Development

Plans have been drawn up to build in the center of San José, Costa Rica, a complex made up of three towers, each with 21 floors, and spaces for residential, commercial and office use.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) submitted to the Technical National Environment Secretary in December 2015 indicates that the development is called "Condominio Residencial Horizontal Vertical Mixto", and will be located in the district of Catedral, province of San José, at the site of the former premises of the company Dos Pinos.

Panama: $40 million Investment in Luxury Residential Building

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction of a luxury apartment building with 23 floors, called The Manhattan, en Paitilla, Panama City.

The company LAWTONFALK ENTERPRISES has submitted to the National Environmental Authority of Panama an environmental impact study to develop a residential building on street 53A Este, Paitilla.
