Multinational BPO Invests in El Salvador

The prepaid solutions firm Blackhawk Network is to invest $3 million in a customer services center in San Salvador.

Wednesday, May 7, 2014

The company Blackhawk Network, dedicated to digital commerce, gift certificates and prepaid products in the United States and 20 other countries, will install a call center in the country and plans to hire up to 450 employees by 2018.

"The company's installation in the country included an extensive study to determine whether El Salvador met the necessary start-up and subsequent development conditions. This process took about a year and a half and factors such as infrastructure, education of human resources, technology, communications systems and costs were assessed. "

"El Salvador was chosen because of the quality of its human resources and experience in call centers and customer service. This factor is very important in meeting the quality indices demanded by markets that will be served," published Laprensagráfica.com
