More Vertical Housing in El Salvador

In Santa Tecla a real estate developer began the construction of 301 apartments distributed in four towers with six and 10 levels each.

Without disclosing the overall amount of the investment, the developers of the project called "Casas del Árbol" reported that the apartment towers will be built on a 3.5-acre lot located between the Pan-American highway and the Monseñor Romero boulevard, within the Santa Rosa residential complex.

Diego de Sola, CEO of Inversiones Bolívar, told Elsalvador.com that " ... the buildings will have between 6 and 10 levels, including a lobby and high rise terrace.He affirmed that the first tower to be built " ... will have a total of 58 housing units that the company expects to have ready for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2018." 

Regarding the second tower to be developed, he indicated that " ... it will offer 86 apartments, which will be ready in the second quarter of 2019.The representative of the promoter of the project added that " ... the apartments will have from one to three rooms, in extensions ranging from 48 to 117 square meters. In total there are nine types of distributions."

A 22-floor residential tower, which will house 88 apartments in five different types, was announced in the San Benito neighborhood.

Construction work has started on a residential complex estimated at $60 million, which will be composed of three apartment towers and will be located in Antiguo Cuscatlán.

The housing project being developed by the construction company Urbánica is called "Puerta del Alma". It will have 304 apartments and 709 parking spaces which will be distributed in an open area and two basements, and the condominium will be located on Calle El Pedregal in front of the Multiplaza shopping center.

The project which is by Grupo Inmobiliario Del Parque is part of the second phase of the project Torres de Paseo Colon.
