"In the first quarter of 2022, construction will begin on a mixed residential/commercial project in the city of San Pedro Sula.

The project will have nine floors for single-family residences in a commercial zone, to provide accessible service facilities to the condominium owners.

The apartments in total will be 23 residences and a Pent House with two floors, all will have living room, dining room and kitchen, two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two parking spaces.
