Merck will sell Bristol-Myers Squibb in Panama

Merck KGaA has acquired the rights to market more than 30 medicines from Bristol-Myers Squibb in Panama and other Latin American countries.

The German pharmaceutical firm will sell medicines from the American company Bristol-Myers Squibb here to strengthen its position in the region.
The company has signed a distribution agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb for a portfolio of brand name drugs.
