Medical Clinics: $30 Million Investment Implemented

In San Salvador, construction began on a 20-story tower that will house clinics, specialized medical centers and office space related to the sector's business, such as pharmaceutical, insurance and medical equipment companies.

The project called "Torre Humana" which is developed by Calidad Inmobiliaria, is currently in the demolition stage of the existing infrastructure on the site to be built. The land is located on La Capilla Avenue in Colonia San Benito, in the capital of El Salvador.

According to the project's developers, nine levels will house clinics, eight will be used for parking and the remaining three floors will house specialized medical centers and offices of corporations related to the sector.

Gloria Navarro, manager of Real Estate Quality in El Salvador, told Elmundo.sv that "... we believe in serving the medical profession that has been neglected for years, we will create a differentiation by meeting all the requirements and needs of this sector that is so important for everyone."

The article adds that "... The new project will have amenities such as a multipurpose terrace, waiting rooms on each level, social and rest areas for the users of the building and even molded areas that can function as a convention hall, among others."
