Luxury Resort Planned in Costa Rica

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction and operation of a condominium containing 185 residential lots in the residential complex Nativa Resort in the Pacific of Costa Rica.

The company Estancias de Nativa Limitada submitted to the Environmental Technical Secretariat of Costa Rica (Setena) an Environmental Impact Study to build the second phase of NATIVA Resort, a luxury residential complex in a beach resort area 45 minutes from San José, located in Tarcoles, province of Puntarenas.

The study, called Nativa Phase 2, was presented at Setena on August 28th and indicates that the project will involve the construction and operation of a 185 residential condominium lots with an average area of ​​1138,09 square meters.

In the study the cost of the project is estimated at $7.9 million.

August 2014

An environmental impact study has been presented for the construction of a residential complex called Elgin Towers in Guatemala City.

The company Genera Hincapié, S.A. has submitted an Environmental Impact Study to the Ministry of Environment and Energy for the construction of a residential project within the condominium Cañadas de Elgin, in San Miguel de Petapa, Guatemala City.
