The "Information System for the Impact Analysis of covid-19 on Business", prepared by the Trade Intelligence Unit of CentralAmericaData, measures the degree of impact that the crisis will have on companies according to their sector or economic activity, during the coming months.

It is expected that the Retail trade of oils and lubricating greases will be among the activities that will suffer a greater impact in the coming months. Another sector that is in the group of those that will be impacted, but in smaller magnitude, is the Retail Trade of L.P. gas in cylinders and stationary tanks.

According to forecasts, the impact on the activity of Retail Trade of gasoline and oil derivatives will not be as severe in this context of health alert and restriction of mobility of people, especially when compared with the impact that will be felt in sectors such as Entertainment or Restaurants.

The information system can help you to answer the following questions:

How and how much will my company be affected?
How much could the demand for my products and services fall in the medium term?
Which sectors are most at risk of registering significant falls in their sales?
