"The work covered by these specifications includes the execution and total completion of each detail of the work object of the contract, including its studies, its designs and supply of all materials, equipment, transportation, labor and everything else that may be necessary and unforeseen, as well as the final cleaning of the project site, payment of all obligations and replacement of work and defective materials, all in accordance with the plans, these specifications and other contractual documents.

In order to achieve the project's objectives, the Ministry of Education will carry out (i) the construction of new and modern infrastructures with the appropriate conditions for the new baccalaureates and (ii) improvements and adaptations to the existing structures, thus creating a school environment that incorporates and meets the highest standards of comfort, health, safety, accessibility for its users and at the same time the endowment of durable structures, which are resilient, architecturally pleasing, that project a distinctive image and that are friendly to the surrounding environment, for the benefit of the entire Educational Community of this School Center."

The Ministry of Education in Panama is putting out to tender the study, design and construction of remodeling of the IPT in Colón, in the province of the same name.
