Is Your Company on the Internet?

At the Transcyberiano congress held in Costa Rica, one of the conclusions was that the success of new businesses depends on their Internet presence.

Monday, October 8, 2012

An article in Elfinancierocr.com reports that "the web has become increasingly vital for any new business seeing as daily internet consumption in the last year went from 45.5% to 53.8% of Costa Ricans, mainly due to cellular consumption, said Cathalina Garcia, vice president of Unimer Centroamérica.

"One of the great weaknesses of SMEs who start a business is the electronic market” said Alvaro Piedra, sales promotion manager of the Foreign Trade Promotion Office (Procomer).

The online presence of new companies should be planned taking into account the use of the Internet via mobiles, which jumped from 15% to 41% in 2012, so therefore the suggestion is "advertising design and content suited to mobile platforms not only for traditional web portals. "
