International Tender: IT System

In Honduras, the development and implementation of an IT system based on a tax core, without including technological infrastructure, is being tendered.

Honduras Government Purchase LPI-SAR-BID-004-2019-PFIOAT-120:

"The Tenderer shall provide the relevant information to clearly demonstrate that it has the technical capacity necessary to comply with the requirements of the IT System. In this space, the Tenderer shall summarize important certifications (such as CMMI level 3, ISO 9000, etc.), proprietary methodologies, and specialized technologies proposed for use in the execution of the Contract(s).

In accordance with ITB 11.1(j), Bidders must submit, as part of their Bids, lists of all software included in the Bid, classified into one of the following categories: (A) System software, for general or application purposes, or (B) standard or custom software. Tenderers must also submit a list of all custom materials. These categorizations are necessary to support intellectual property in the GCC and SCC."

Deadline for receipt of bids: November 18, 2019.
