Nicaragua Government Purchase 12015/2015:

The project is to construct and equip Chinandega Departmental Hospital and will include the following services:

300 inpatient hospital beds distributed between: Internal Medicine (63) Surgery (60) Gynecology and Obstetrics (93 and Pediatrics and Neonatology (84) it will also have 86 non-countable beds in ICU, Isolated Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Prelabor, labor and delivery, postpartum, Observation Adult, Pediatric Observation.

In addition, the hospital will have 8 operating rooms, 10 beds and 6 chairs for postoperative recovery, 31 outpatient clinics for different specialties, it will have a capacity for 12 hemodialysis chairs, and 6 for peritoneal dialysis, it will also have 10 units for hematooncologic care for adults and 6 hematooncologic units for pediatrics.

The construction and equipment will have all the characteristics required for basic health infrastructure, such as potable water, electricity, sewage, medical gases, HVAC and others.

The project will provide the Hospital with all furniture, medical equipment and non-medical equipment. "

The deadline for receipt of bids is January 21, 2016.

$100 million Investment in New Hospital
